Integrated awareness and recognition campaign for NCCHC’s national awards program
Overview
Developed a visual and narrative campaign highlighting the often unseen labor behind correctional health care excellence. The creative direction aimed to move away from traditional institutional marketing and toward a more cinematic, emotionally grounded visual language centered on dignity, humanity, and recognition.

The campaign focused on the idea that meaningful care often happens outside public view — in difficult environments, through sustained emotional labor, operational complexity, and human connection. Visually, the campaign used dramatic lighting, silhouette imagery, and layered typography to create a sense of movement and warmth while avoiding overly clinical healthcare aesthetics.
